A one bed-room apartment in Seven Springs Village will be available
for subleasing in Octorber. Move-in date is flexible.
Current lease will expire on May. 31st, 2008 and the rent we are
paying now is about $960.
The market price for this apartment now is about $1150 if you sign a
new lease.
The partment is on the 10th floor of the highrise building with
beautiful view and sunshine.
The Apartment is kept quite well, it looks almost the same as it did
when we moved in.
Seven Springs Village is known as a nice and safe community, it is
also on the route of
UM shuttle bus and metro buses (C83 and 86), and within walking
