Description:
Small, well-established multicultural marketing agency seeking a college intern, fluent in English and either Chinese or Korean, to join our team and assist in multiple roles for print and online marketing campaigns serving the agency and our clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with entrepreneurial spirit and great teamwork.
This position is part-time (15-20 hours/week) for $10/hour. We will evaluate candidate for full-time position after 6 months.
Responsibilities:
• Work with marketing managers, account executives, and graphic designers to setup and update websites and Google AdWords campaigns for clients, according to specifications
• Translate and draft text copy for use in marketing campaigns
• Communicate with clients to obtain information and approvals necessary to continue projects in a timely manner
• Prepare reports for clients monitoring website traffic and Internet advertising performance
• Research market trends to find prospective industries and companies that will benefit from the agency’s services
• Contribute to office administration by documenting workflows, building forms, responding to customer inquiries, and performing Internet research
• Assist other departments with assignments as needed
• Keep a professional appearance, organized workspace, and records of client communication
Requirements:
• College major in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience with Google AdWords or website/graphic design is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Good written and oral English communication skills are a must
• Korean or Chinese (Mandarin) speaking and writing fluency
• Strong time management, ability to meet deadlines
• Flexible, able to multitask and work on a variety of projects for a small, rapidly-growing business
• Self-motivated, can work independently
• Willingness to learn, persevere, and take ownership of agency’s goals to grow the company |
