종류:
브라질식 고기 부페입니다. 브라질과 미국에 있는 레스토랑인데, 15가지 종류의 seasoning한 고기를 그릴해서 서빙하는 사람들이 홀에 들고 다닙니다. 테이블에는 사람 수대로 작은 동그란 칩이 놓여 있는데, 녹색을 위로 해놓고 있으면 그 사람들이 고깃덩이를 테이블로 들고 와서 이거 먹어보겠냐고 물어봅니다. 먹어보고 싶다, 그러면 어느 부위(예를 들어, 살코기가 통통한 중간부위, 혹은 크리스피한 바깥부위)를 먹고 싶은지 확인 후 한 슬라이스를 잘라줍니다. 물론 더 달라고 할 수 있구요. 부위를 지정해서 달라고 할 수도 있구요. 그릇에 받아놓은 고기가 많아서 받는 건 잠깐 쉬고 싶다, 그러면 칩을 빨간색을 위로 향하게 바꾸어 놓으면 됩니다. 계속해서 사람들이 돌아다니기 때문에 고기가 부족해서 못 먹는 일은 없습니다^^
샐러드바도 나름 구색을 갖추어 놓아서 각종 샐러드, 드레싱, 그리고 연어 등을 갖추고 있어서 괜찮습니다.

가격대:
점심이 $24, 저녁이 $44 (약간의 오차가 있을 수 있음) 인데, 고기 메뉴는 같은 것으로 알고 있습니다(달라도 별로 차이가 없을 듯). 샐러드바의 메뉴가 다른지는 모르겠습니다. tax/tip 불포함. 음료수/와인 등은 따로 시키셔야 합니다.

학교 기준으로 갈만한 곳으로 두 군데가 있는데요.

--홈페이지에는 10월 오픈 예정이라고 써져 있는데 얼마 전에 이번달에 문 열었다고 들었습니다.
분위기와 서비스:
깔끔한 인테리어에, 전형적인 흰색 테이블보와 와인잔 놓여 있는 그런 분위기의 레스토랑입니다. 하지만 dress code 같은 건 없습니다(정장 갖춰 입고 갈 필요 없음). 서비스는 그에 맞춰 좋습니다.

| 브라질리안은 고기 땡길때, 점심때 (lunch가 싸니까), 시간 여유 있게 가시면 좋아요.
Fogo de Chao는 대부분의 사람들이 최고의 Brazilian이라고 하네요. 강추!
다른 도시에도 지점이 많아요.
그리고, 맛있는 밥과 교범씨가 말씀하신 그린필드도 좋아요. 샐러드바도 있고 저녁엔 고기 종류가 조금 더 많아져요. 하지만 디너는 비추. 여긴 한국 분들도 많이 오시는 것 같아요. |
