소개해 드릴 스키장 세곳은 서로서로 자매결연(?)을 맺고 있습니다.
그래서 시즌 패스나 기타 할인권을 구매할 경우 세곳 모두 이용할 수 있다는 장점이 있습니다.

지난 시즌에 세 곳에 모두 가봤었는데요, 시설은 다들 고만고만 하지만 Whitetail이 그나마 괜찮은 편입니다.
한국 용평이나 무조리조트 시설 기대하시고 가셨다가는 본전 생각나실 거에요...^^;;
뭐 안좋은 소식만 있는 것은 아닙니다. 시설이 좀 안좋은 대신 할인 행사 및 이벤트가 많은데요...
지금부터 소개해 드릴 행사는 위에서 소개해드린 세 스키장에 동시에 해당이 됩니다. 그러니까 한 스키장에서만 가입 및 신청을 하셔도 다른 두곳에서 똑같은 혜택을 누리실 수 있습니다.

A. Mountain passport
Purchase a First Class or EZ Package to become eligible to purchase a Mountain Passport for only $39. The Mountain Passport, for first time skiers and boarders ages 8 and up, provides a FREE lift ticket, class lesson, and rentals on your next visit, plus a 40% discount on lift tickets and rentals for the rest of the season. We’ll also throw in one FREE class lesson per day for the rest of the season.
처음 한번 39불 내고 레슨을 받은 후로는 렌탈 및 리프트권에 대해 계속 40% 할인을 해주는 제도입니다. 작년까지만 하더라도 바로 mountain passport를 구입할 수 있었는데요. 올해부터는 First class 혹은 EZ Package를 구매하셔야지만 passport를 사실 수 있네요. Mountain passport의 가장 큰 장점은 첫 레슨 이후 모든 레슨이 모조리 공짜라는 점입니다. 스키나 보드 처음 타시거나 경험이 부족하신 분들은 이 제도를 이용하시면 아주 좋습니다.
B. Advantage Cards
With your Advantage Card, you'll enjoy 40% savings off lift tickets every time you ski or snowboard at Whitetail Resort, Liberty Mountain Resort and Ski Roundtop. Plus every 6th ticket is free!!!
Advantage ticket은 시즌에 한번씩 돈 주고 사야 됩니다. 시즌패스를 살 정도로 많이 가시지 못한다고 판단되실때 이 티켓을 구매하시면 좋습니다. 매번 40% 할인을 받으실 수 있고 매 6번째(6번째, 12번째, 18번째...)는 공짜로 티켓을 줍니다. 제가 작년에 이 티켓을 샀었는데요. 딱 12번가고 시즌 마무리 했었습니다. ㅋㅋ
C. Season Pass
With a Season Pass, you won't pass on any fun this year. Ski or ride whenever you want at Whitetail, Liberty, or Roundtop. No waiting in lift ticket lines either, just hit the slopes at your leisure!
시즌패스는 말 그래도 시즌패스에요...^^ 정말 자주 가실거 같으신 분은 이거 사시면 되요..
작년 시즌의 경우는 Mountain pass를 구매하시는 것이 가장 좋은 딜이었습니다. 39불만 내면 40%할인에 무료강습까지 받을수 있었으니까요. 하지만 올해부터는 Mountain passport를 사기 위해 Fisrt Class나 EZ learn과 같은 티켓을 따로 구매를 해야 하네요. 하지만 시즌내내 제공하는 강습무료 서비스를 고려한다면, 초보자 분들에게는 여전히 Passport를 구입하시는 것이 현명한 선택인 것 같습니다. 전 작년에 Advantage ticket샀었는데요. 작년 겨울 날씨가 너무 따뜻한 나머지 시즌동안에 폐장하는 날이 너무 많았었습니다. 참다 참다 결국엔 같은 과 형이랑 콜로라도로 스키여행을 다녀오고야 말았는데요. 올해도 이런 악천후(?)가 계속 된다면 콜로라도 한번 다녀오는 게 차라리 경비면에서도 낫다고 생각합니다. 이 계획에 대해서는 차후 회원분들과 의논후 결정하도록 하겠습니다.
